This Charter is available on the WashR Application as well as on the website.
This Policy is established by SRL TAN INVEST, with its registered office at Rue du Louvroy, No. 27 – 6120 Ham-sur-Heure-Nalinnes, and registered in the BCE under number 0788.700.367, as the data controller.

Data Sharing
Certain personal data is shared with our associated Car Washes via the QR CODE presented at the Car Wash to verify your subscription. Where strictly necessary for legal obligations/contract execution (or based on your consent), data is also shared with other parties, such as our accounting provider.

Unless prohibited by current Belgian law, including GDPR, clients have rights to access, receive copies of, rectify, withdraw consent, object to, restrict, delete, and port their data.
